We are super stoked to showcase this amazing coffee which has been farmed by Sasa Sestic (World Barista Champ 2015). Sasa has been pivotal in the specialty coffee scene in the past 10 years and has been at the forefront of experimental processing in the green coffee world for some time. It isn't surprise to us that he has purchased his own farm and is now taking things to a new level! We are very pumped to bring this very exclusive coffee to our customers! As for taste, its VERY good. Super clean, stonefruit, creamy and overall an incredible coffee!
ABOUT THE COFFEE: This experimental lot was fermented with no oxygen to increase quality of acid. This cup presents lots of tropical fruits like, pineapple, passionfruit as well as flavours of white peach, plum, lemongrass and white florals. The acidity is sparkly like fizzy peaches. It has a silky mouthfeel and a vibrant aftertaste
