Coffee Info: Great washed process Ethiopian coffees are always an absolute pleasure to drink and this lot from Interamerican is amongst them. It absolutely jumped off the cupping table and landed itself in our Christmas blend for 2022. We enjoyed it so much that we're now releasing the coffee in our single origin line up. We especially love it for its floral character in filter brewing, though it'll be incredibly fruity when paired with milk.
The Josie team have always loved coffees from the Sidamo Region and the Shantawene Smallholder's lot continues that tradition. From the foothills of the Bombe mountains, this shadegrown coffee gives eveything we want in a washed process Ethioian in spades. Clean cup profile with great and complex acidity, floral aroma and juicy stone fruit. We love it and are sure you will too.
